Our Services

Core Programs

CORE provides Behavioral Health Services to youth and family on a lower level of care. CORE is a combination of 14 various services that uses person-centered treatment (along with other treatments), utilizing the client/families strengths, and incorporating evidence-based therapeutic interventions. 

Family Therapy

We have trained certified therapist that can help you answer the fore mention question. We are committed in assisting families of all types dealing with numerous issues. We also assist couples making the right decision regarding marriage. For married couples, we assist in saving marriages. If you are considering marriage or having concerns about your marriage, please contact our office for assistance.

Intensive Family Intervention

Team approach consisting of one lead therapist (state licensed professional) and two paraprofessionals. Youth are generally at risk of out of home placement or either returning home from out of home placement. Services are intensive and youth are seen by the team four to seven times weekly from three to nine months. 

TELEHEALTH

We now offer telehealth psychiatric services.

Psychiatric Follow-up

The provision of specialized medical and/or psychiatric services that include, but are not limited to: Psychotherapeutic services with medical evaluation and management including evaluation and assessment of physiological phenomena (including co-morbidity between behavioral and physical health care issues); Assessment and monitoring of an individual’s status in relation to treatment with medication, Assessment of the appropriateness of initiating or continuing services.

Medication Management

As reimbursed through this service, medication administration includes the act of introducing a drug (any chemical substance that, when absorbed into the body of a living organism, alters normal bodily function) into the body of another person by any number of routes including, but not limited to the following: oral, nasal, inhalant, intramuscular injection, intravenous, topical, suppository or intraocular. Medication administration requires a physician’s order and must be administered by licensed or credentialed* medical personnel under the supervision of a physician or registered nurse in accordance with O.C.G.A.

Nurse Assessments & Health Services

The provision of specialized medical and/or psychiatric services that include, but are not limited to: Psychotherapeutic services being conducted face-to-face and at time telehealth  contact with individual/family/caregiver to monitor, evaluate, assess, and/or carry out a physician’s orders regarding the psychological and/or physical problems and general wellness of the consumers.
